Business Communication is the process of sharing information between people within & outside a company. Effective business communication is how employee & management interact to reach organizational goals.Its purpose is to improve organizational practices & reduce errors.
The importance of business communication also lies in:

2. Financial Management:
Financial Management deals with procurement of funds & their effective utilization in the business-by S.C.Kuchhal
3. Marketing Management:
It is the process of planning & executing the Conception, pricing, promotion & Distribution of ideas, goods & services to create exchanges that satisfy individual & organizational goods.
4. HRM:
Human resource management is defined as the process off managing employees in a company and it can involve hiring and firing training and motivating employees.
5. Operational Management
It is the administration of business practices to create the highest level of efficiency possible within an organization. It is concerned with converting materials & labour into goods & services as efficiently as possible to maximize the profit of an organization.
6. Entrepreneurship:
It is the act of creating a business while building & scaling is to generate a profit.
7. Business Mathematics:
Mathematics which used by the commercial enterprises to record & manage business operation. Commercial organizations use mathematics in accounting inventory management, marketing, sales forecasting & financial analysis.
8. Public Relations (PR)
It is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations & their public.
9. Front Office Operation
The front office represents the customer facing division of a firm. It generally generates the majority of revenue of a firm. The front office department is responsible for creating first hand impression regarding the level of services & facilities provided.
10. Travel Management
The function of managing a company’s strategic approach to travel the negotiations with all vendors, day to day operation of the corporate travel program, traveler’s safety & security travel expenses data management.
11. Event Management
The application of project management to the creation & development of small/ large scale personal or corporate events such as conferences, concerts, festivals, ceremonies, formal parties, wedding, convertions.
12. Business planning
A business plan is a written document that describes in detail how business, usually a startup defines its objectives and how it has to go about achieving it has to go. A business plan lays out a written roadmap for the marketing, financial & operational standpoints.
13. Retail Management
Includes all the steps required to bring the customers into the stores & fulfill their buying needs. Retail management makes shopping a pleasurable experience & ensures the customers leave the store with a smile.
14. Commercial Law
Also known as mercantile law, is the body of law that applies to the rights, relations and conduct of persons & business engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade of sales. It is often considered to be a brand of civil law and deals with issues of both private law & public law.
